Uhhhhhh

So things are pretty boring right now on the Mets front. We've clinched the division already and the best record in the NL, so we'll have home field advantage until the world series. We've been playing a lot of our backups so that to get them ready and rest our starters. So, until playoffs start, I'm going to use this blog to talk about other things. If there's a topic that you want me to write on, just leave me a comment and I'll write about it. So, on Saturday I watched one of the best football games I've seen since the Giants win over the Eagles last week. He he. That was Notre Dame's come back win over Michigan State. Honestly, I thought they had a chance, down 17 at halftime, but still it was an amazing victory. As my girlfriend can say, I was going insane in the fourth quarter. Its just something about Michigan State and them melting in the second half against ND. Last year it happened and it happened again this year. Brady Quinn kept himself in the Heisman Race with this victory. He needed a big comeback victory on his resume to help him get some votes. The Shark and McKnight both had big games and John Carlson had a good game, especially his 62 yard td catch and run (and did you see how he covered the ball as he got close to the end zone?!?). I just wish we wouldn't get off to such bad starts. Well, we have the easy part of our schedule until USC. Purdue and UCLA will be interesting games, but they'll both be at home. Hopefully Brady can keep his numbers up and our offense moving smoothly. Our defense has stepped up in the second half. Lets hope they can work with that and shut down everyone. Can't wait for the USC game!
