Well pitchers and catchers gets here on February 14, so Mets Spring training is going to be here before you know it. This year the Mets absolutely have to make it to the MLB Playoffs, and with a team as talented as this one I think they will.
Omar Minaya has gotten some really good arms in the bullpen, the area that was our ultimate downfall last year, so hopeful that will be enough to get us over the hump. I don't know if I can take not making it to the playoffs again!
By the way, there is nothing like watching spring training to get an idea of what the team is going to look like. If you are heading out to a game, you might want to check out this cool MLB Spring Training ticket site that I found. its got a ton of good info, and looks like they have the inside scoop on solid spring training tickets. And don't forget the upcoming season is going to be awesome, so its never to early to start loading up on Mets tickets.
This year has to be the year we make a run at the World Series. I have a feeling this year is going to be awesome. Go Mets!
